Preparation: Peel and slice ends off flatly and evenly.
Cook method:

  • Serve raw
  • Roast at 400, 10-20 minutes
  • Saute, 5 minutes

Storage: Seal in an airtight container, lasts up to 7 days in the refrigerator, shouldn’t be frozen.
