This Caesar Dressing was used in this recipe: Salmon Burgers with Kohlrabi Noodle and Flaxseed Caesar Salad
- 1/4 cup raw cashews soaked for at least 30 minutes and drained
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cashew or almond milk
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- Place all of the ingredients for the dressing into a food processor or blender and pulse until creamy. Taste and adjust to your preferences.
