Ginger-Miso Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil, if you have it
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon white miso
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon of water
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients for the dressing and whisk together until combined.
