This Lemon-Basil Pesto was used in this recipe: Potato Noodle Scramble Bowl with Lemon-Basil Pesto
- 1 cup basil
- 1/2 teaspoon pine nuts
- 1 small garlic clove minced
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1.5 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- Place all of the ingredients for the pesto into a food processor and pulse until creamy. Taste and adjust, if necessary.
