Holiday gift shopping can be tough, especially in 2020, when you can’t opt for experiential gifts or gifts that encourage gatherings. We’ve come up with a specially curated gift list for the special toddlers in your life, focusing on gifts that our founder, Ali’s, children currently love – or want! We hope this makes the gift giving and shopping season easier for you this year!
Holiday Gift Ideas for Toddlers 2020
- MAGNA-TILES set: Luca loves building garages for his cars with these. Endless possibilities!
- Balance Bike: For older toddlers (3+) who want to get into bike riding, I recommend ditching the training wheels and using a balance bike! Pedals can be added later, once the child masters balancing! There’s also a version for younger children.
- Wooden car garage: Great for Luca and Roma.
- Play tunnel: We have this and it’s great, especially if you have two kids – great for dual play!
- Handmade baby doll: A gorgeous addition to your child’s inclusive doll and toy collection.
- Play Kitchen: We have this one and it has stood the test of time! My 3 year old and 1.5 year old still love it.
- Fold and Go Barn: Luca loves animals and this is on his wish list – with a few add ons, like this stable.
- Micro Mini Scooter: My kids are scooter maniacs and this is the one we love!
- DUPLO Lego block set: Finally buying Luca LEGO blocks! Excited for him to play with these.
- Train set: This is on Luca’s gift list this year – love the little accessories it comes with.
- Bombas Sesame Street Socks: For the Sesame Street obsessed toddler – these are the BEST socks, Luca loves them!
- Ramp Racetrack: Luca and Roma both loves these – we have 3 different ones (they were gifts!) and they all get used.
- Fort building kit: The kids are very into forts right now and this is a great STEM activity and an easier way than trying to prop up our chairs and couch cushions, haha.
- Anywhere Chair: For reading, for play, for anything- my kids love sitting in these chairs.
- Dollhouse: A gender neutral doll house that has the seal of approval from Busy Toddler, one of my favorite open ended play resources.
- Wooden Art Easel: Love encouraging art play! This is a gorgeous art easel and sleek enough to fit in small spaces.
- Montessori Climber: Luca and Roma both love this, it’s great for physical development – and to get those climbing urges out safely. Great for indoor play!
- Name puzzle with pegs: This is great for younger toddlers, who aren’t dexterous enough to do these puzzles without pegs.
- Shape sorting dump truck: Luca loves anything car related and this is a great way to get him more interested in learning shapes.
- Wobble Board: Do you see a theme? I have very active kids! This is a great one for when you’re cooped up all winter!
- 6 Piece Obstacle Course For Kids: Great idea to keep toddlers busy at home this winter!
