Low Carb Spiralized Recipe Roundup

I texted my mother and said, “Mom, what’s a low carb meal look like?” She responded, “Under 15 carbs.”

She’s diabetic and has lived the past 30+ years of her life counting carbs, so I figured she was a good gauge.

I never have been concerned with carbs, since I’ve always looked at them as a healthy source of energy. Good carbs are all that you’ll ever see on this blog – beans, nuts, seeds, peas, whole grains, potatoes, corn, and things of that nature. Real carbs that fuel you, not carbs that come in a plastic bag.

For those of you who are also diabetic or are simply watching your carb intake, today’s recipe roundup will feature recipes that have less than 15 carbs.

Hi Ali, I adore the Inspiralizer, your fantastic, easy recipes and your blog. I'm very grateful for your generous spirit. I'm writing to call attention to your 3rd paragraph in today's post. The first sentence doesn't make sense, the remaining sentences just fragments. It's a confusing read. Best Regards
