When I first started Inspiralized, for a few months, my website was literally the only place you could go for spiralized recipes. Seriously! Hard to imagine, right?

About 3-4 months into Inspiralized, spiralized recipes started popping up all over the Internet, and I was so excited to see that it was gaining in popularity. Now, spiralized recipes are everywhere you look – and I love it! I even have a Pinterest board dedicated to all these recipes.
