I added tofu to these for a little extra protein, so if you want to make them as I do in the video, buy some tofu. I’ve actually been buying this pre-baked teriyaki tofu that’s great!
Seriously, you’ll want to make these summer rolls all summer long. They’re crisp, refreshing, hydrating, and colorful!
