It’s no secret that I love Soul Cycle. What’s Soul Cycle? It’s where you go to have the best spin ride of your life. I mean it! Soul Cycle is a spin studio, started in NYC and has been rapidly expanding all over the country (even as far as California!)

If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll notice that I’m a “soul rider.” If you live in a city where they have a studio and you haven’t tried it yet, I really recommend you do.

Life changing.

The best part about Soul Cycle is the atmosphere. The lights are dimmed (or off!) and the music is heart-pounding and exciting. The soundtrack really gets you revved up for an incredible workout.

Part of that atmosphere includes the instructor. I’ve tried other spin studios in the city and in NJ and I’ve never had as inspirational, motivational and fun instructors as I do at Soul Cycle.

In fact, I have a favorite instructor. Her name is Krista. She’s a tiny ball of intensity! Her classes are tough and you’ll work for that workout. You’ll sweat the hardest you’ll ever sweat and at the end, somehow, you feel light, rejuvenated and ready to conquer your day (or end the day on a high note!)

When Soul Cycle and I got together to discuss a collaboration, I of course suggested building a recipe for my favorite instructor (Krista!) We met at their Short Hills, NJ location, snapped a picture together and rode our hearts out. She sent me a list of her favorite ingredients (she’s a vegetarian!) and I came up with this recipe.

I love promoting a healthy lifestyle here at Inspiralized and since Soul Cycle is my favorite way to stay fit, I figured I’d share that with you. While diet is crucial, a balanced exercise plan is just as important.

You can find this recipe over at the Soul Cycle community.

NOTE: While Soul Cycle provided me with complimentary classes at their NYC and NJ studios, all opinions are my own and I was a fan of their brand prior to this collaboration.

Are you a fan of Soul Cycle? Have you tried it yet?

This looks like such a nice wholesome and healthy dish. It's the kind of thing that you just know makes you feel wonderful after eating it!
Joanne says:
So cool! I haven't yet tried Soul Cycle...mostly because I'm worried I'll get addicted, and it's not exactly a cheap habit! (Especially when I already have a gym membership). But I suppose just ONE class wouldn't hurt...
Patty says:
Never tried Soul cycle,, but would love to give it a try!
nikkiastoria says:
Do you recommend eating this hot or cold? I ask in the context of packing it for a work lunch.
Cold would be just as good! It saves well in the refrigerator.
Sounds tasty and healthy.
Becky says:
Wanted to save this delish recipe to Ziplist and couldn't do that on SoulCycle's website. :(
Vikki says:
Great recipe! Made it tonight and my DH and I loved it. I added shrimp tossed with olive oil & garlic to the veggies roasting pan the last 5 minutes. Perfect. One note, the arugula is not listed in the ingredient list so it didn't make it on my shopping list. Thanks for a tasty dinner.
Theresa says:
I would love to try this, I can't seem to find the recipe on this page???
It's in there!
Bella says:
Ali what is the brand of Tank Top that you have on. Really liking it. I am not entering the contest because I don't live near by but what a wonderful experience for anyone to get.
Bella - it's a Soul Cycle tank!

VEGETARIAN ZUCCHINI & QUINOA LASAGNA, a fan favorite 👏🏼😍 the zucchini cooks to just al dente for a real lasagna-like texture and the quinoa gives this vegetarian dish a burst of protein and texture. I love making this during the summertime with fresh zucchinis and basil, but it’s amazing year round ☀️ grab the recipe up on the blog! ⁣

the crib to bed and the nap to quiet time transitions all happened within a month or so of each other for us and today on the blog, I’m sharing all about how we got through them smoothly-ish 🤪 also, as just a general thought, all of these baby and toddler transitions tend to be “easier” than we hype them up to be. I think the anxiety of the unknown makes them scarier than they are! anyway, you can check the post out on the blog today for all the details! it’s a quick but to-the-point post ✌🏼 ⁣

and not to contradict myself 🙈, but I need all the tips for putting toddlers together in the same room, which I’m going to have to do soon, so we can start preparing the twins’ nursery (we’re planning on moving Luca into Roma’s room and using Luca’s room for the twins, because it’s larger.) moms/dads who have done it - what’s the secret?! 🤔⁣
