My weekly dinner plans:
Sunday: Bell Pepper Taco Skillet from my cookbook, Inspiralize Everything
Monday: Roasted Salmon with Cauliflower and Kale Salad
Tuesday: Lu and I are going out in the West Village for some pizza, salad, and Sweets by Chloe after.
Wednesday: I’m traveling for work, so won’t be home for dinner!
Thursday: Moroccan Carrots with Lentils from my cookbook, Inspiralize Everything.
