No. The Inspiralized cookbook is me pouring my heart out to the world, sharing my story of how I quit my job and started Inspiralized the next day at a coffee shop, out of pure passion for living a healthy lifestyle, thanks to the spiralizer. The cookbook includes anecdotes with every recipe which take you on a ride throughout my experiences with cooking, eating and living.
This cookbook was written over this summer (2014) and every weekend spent indoors writing and testing recipes was 1000% worth it.
Plus, shortly after I submitted my manuscript, the love of my life proposed to me.
