Salads aren’t just for dieting or vegans.
Typically, salads aren’t associated with colder temperatures, they’re more of a summer sport. But I say no to that – salads can be enjoyed year-round, and today, I”m rounding up some of my favorite fall-inspired spiralized salads!
My mother always told me that I made a killer salad, and I agree. A salad to me isn’t just lettuce with dressing. A salad is another bowl meal, but there just so happens to be lettuce in it.
Here are some salads that I’ll be eating all fall and winter long: join me!
